Not your typical Breastfeeding and Infant care workshop
$250
2.5-3 hours.
If you pick a breastfeeding class, you likely want practical guidance and to learn benefits. I offer an interactive in‑home session with hands‑on demos and props.
We’ll practice infant care—diapering, burping, soothing—and review what to expect in the first days and weeks home, plus survival tips.
I will answer questions about pumping, milk handling and storage.
I aim to build your confidence, identify any potential challenges early, and ensure that you feel prepared to start breastfeeding / Chestfeeding successfully once your baby arrives.
-

First at home visit
$295
Obtain a detailed Maternal health history
Observe you and your baby while nursing to assess your comfort level, as well as making sure your baby is calm and comfortable.
I will weigh your baby pre and post nursing to assess milk transfer.
If you have any pain or discomfort, I will treat it and suggest ways to make you more comfortable.
I’ll support your natural ability to nurse. I’ll listen and trust your instincts — you know your body and baby best.
I offer guidance to improve latch, positioning, and comfort if necessary, and only if it feels comfortable to you and your baby.
I'll create a follow-up plan for ongoing support and provide any needed referrals.
Part of the visit is access to text or call me up to 5 days post the visit with questions or concerns.
