    Not your typical Breastfeeding and Infant care workshop

    2.5-3 hours.

    If you pick a breastfeeding class, you likely want practical guidance and to learn benefits. I offer an interactive in‑home session with hands‑on demos and props.

    We’ll practice infant care—diapering, burping, soothing—and review what to expect in the first days and weeks home, plus survival tips.

    I will answer questions about pumping, milk handling and storage.

    I aim to build your confidence, identify any potential challenges early, and ensure that you feel prepared to start breastfeeding / Chestfeeding successfully once your baby arrives.

    First at home visit

    $295

    Obtain a detailed Maternal health history

    Observe you and your baby while nursing to assess your comfort level, as well as making sure your baby is calm and comfortable.

    I will weigh your baby pre and post nursing to assess milk transfer.

    If you have any pain or discomfort, I will treat it and suggest ways to make you more comfortable.

    I’ll support your natural ability to nurse. I’ll listen and trust your instincts — you know your body and baby best.

    I offer guidance to improve latch, positioning, and comfort if necessary, and only if it feels comfortable to you and your baby.

    I'll create a follow-up plan for ongoing support and provide any needed referrals.

    Part of the visit is access to text or call me up to 5 days post the visit with questions or concerns.

    Alternative nursing Journey's consultation- ideally prenatally- virtual.

    Sometimes feeding your baby can look different. I am open to discuss how to incorporate nursing into your plan with some supports if necessary- such as Supplemental Nursing systems, bottle feeding, mixed feeding and donor milk.

    I can offer support and resources to families exploring Induced Lactation and Re-lactation.

    Follow up ( as needed)

    $200

    Observe a nursing session to assess comfort level for parent and baby.

    Address any remaining issues, such as nipple pain, low supply or oversupply.

    Adjust the care plan if necessary.

    Additional access to phone of text for 5 days following the visit.

    Every stage of your breastfeeding/ Chestfeeding journey looks and feels different. I will help guide and support you through the transitions whatever they look like.

    First session will establish your goals and a workable plan.

    Second session about 2-4 weeks following- check in and adjust plan as needed
