Hi, I’m Lisa Sadler, a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Jupiter, Florida.

I began my journey supporting families as a Postpartum Doula eight years ago. Along the way, I recognized a growing need for breastfeeding education and support, which inspired me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I truly love the work I do and the families I have the privilege to support.

I live in Jupiter, Florida, with my husband, our dog Tallula, and two wonderful kids—one in high school and one in college (both breastfed!).

Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, and how you choose to feed your baby will your first major parenting decision. My role is to listen, guide, and support you with practical, evidence-based care.

Together, we’ll work toward comfortable, confident nursing that feels natural and comfortable for you and your baby.

Every family’s story is unique, and I’m here to help you start yours with warmth, reassurance, and connection.

I provide inclusive, judgment-free Breastfeeding and Chestfeeding support for all families structures.

I believe every parent deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach is grounded in Biological Nurturing- trusting your innate ability to nurse your baby.
