More about
Lisa Sadler, IBCLC

Four women, two with babies, smiling indoors against a plain wall.

Hi, I’m Lisa Sadler, a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Jupiter, Florida.

I began my journey supporting families as a Postpartum Doula eight years ago. Along the way, I recognized a growing need for breastfeeding education and support, which inspired me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I truly love the work I do and the families I have the privilege to support.

I live in Jupiter, Florida, with my husband, our dog Tallula, and two wonderful kids—one in high school and one in college (both breastfed!).

Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, and feeding your baby often brings unexpected challenges. My role is to listen, guide, and support you with practical, evidence-based care - without judgment, and always with compassion.

Together, we’ll work toward comfortable, confident feeding that feels right for you and your baby.

Every family’s story is unique, and I’m here to help you start yours with warmth, reassurance, and connection.

I provide inclusive, judgment-free lactation and chestfeeding support for all families- including LGBTQ+ parents.

I believe every parent deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported, regardless of their background, feeding choices, or family structure. My approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based education, and genuine care—meeting you exactly where you are.

Testimonials

  • Family holding newborn baby in hospital room, smiling, celebrating birth.

    Igor, Fariba and Omid

Lisa helped instill calm and confidence in the early days.

  • A woman holding a sleeping newborn baby who is resting on her chest.

    Abby, Sam, Declan and Connel

Our family was fortunate to partner with Lisa following the birth of both our children. She was essential in helping us navigate the early days of parenthood. For both boys, I chose to exclusively pump. Lisa educated me on proper flange sizing, frequency, and how to navigate flare ups with clogged ducts. She expertly helped me to manage an oversupply following our second son's arrival. I trusted Lisa's advice and knew that if she didn't have an answer for me immediately, she had an extensive network in place to get me support quickly.

More than the practical knowledge she shared, Lisa was the best emotional support I could have hoped for as a new mom. She helped me feel confident in the decisions that I made to feed my children and most importantly, made our family feel less alone as we navigated life on very little sleep.

  • A woman and a man hold a newborn baby close to their faces in a tender moment, with the woman looking down at the baby and the man touching the baby's head, all gathered around a patterned table.

    Bjetri, Nitin and Aahel

Thank you Lisa for helping me make my dream of breastfeeding a reality.
